• Patch Tests.

    To ensure the safety and wellbeing of our clients, The Haye Studio requires patch testing before certain treatments to minimise the risk of allergic reactions and to comply with industry best practices and insurance requirements.

    This must be completed no later than 48 hours before your booked appointment.

    Failure to attend the patch test gives The Haye Studio the right to cancel or deny your appointment.

  • Cancellations.

    Understandably unforeseen circumstances could arise at any moment, This may result in a late cancellation or reschedule.

    We do kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 48 hours in advance.

    LATE ARRIVAL - If you arrive more than 20 minutes late to your scheduled appointment, It is at the discretion of the salon to reschedule.

    LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW- By cancelling your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time or in the event of a no-show, where a client fails to arrive for their appointment without notice, A 100% fee charge will apply to the card on file.

  • Refunds.

    All of the services offered at The Haye Studio are non-refundable due to the nature of the time, Labor of stylist & product used.

  • Changes/Adjustments.

    If you are unhappy with your new colour or cut, The Haye Studio offers a complimentary correction service free of charge.

    Terms & Conditions - The Haye Studio or your stylist must be notified of your request within 72 hours of the original appointment.

    The correction service will then be carried out within the following 14 days.
